Strength & conditioning program

Adrian Migani Strength and Conditioning Program

Dragon Masters used the services of Adrian Migani from Migani Fitness to produce a recommended strength and conditioning program along with videos demonstrating each exercise.  Two programs have been provided, one that requires access to a gym and one that does not require any equipment.  Using gym equipment will provide better results but if you don’t have access to a gym then the “no equipment” program is the next best thing.  The program has a paddling focus but also includes general conditioning exercises.

Program - No Equipment Required

These programs do not require any equipment. There are two different sessions, you can alternate each time you do one.  The descriptions of the exercises are in the following two videos:

This program requires gym equipment. Each exercise is described in individual videos.
